About the Author

My entrepreneurial journey started in 2006, but I was handling teams for a long time before that.  After employing my first VA, I realised that for them to deliver what I wanted from my company, they would have to be a joint venturer and not just an employee.  Working with remote staff has it's own set of unique problems and finding a way to build a relationship across the globe was a whole new dynamic.  Over the years, I have run my company remotely with greater returns than if we were all in one place at the same time.  Building a creative team who has the same dream and passion as I do provides much greater returns that has nothing to do with money.
